Outside of work, he volunteers with FIRST Robotics, helping students explore technology and engineering.

Jeff joined the board to help strengthen the West Michigan cybersecurity community, believing that strong local networks drive stronger security outcomes. He has volunteered with the Michigan Council of Women in Technology for nearly a decade and remains passionate about fostering connection and growth within the industry.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys tabletop gaming, Dungeons & Dragons, attending San Diego Comic-Con, supporting the Detroit Lions, fishing, and travel. He is the proud father of two boys, ages 6 and 8, who are his greatest motivation and his “why.”

Andrew Rozema is an Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems and Director of the Center for Cybersecurity Studies at Grand Rapids Community College. He is a doctoral candidate in the Interdisciplinary PhD program at Purdue University's Center for Education and Research in Information Assurance and Security (CERIAS), where his research focuses on human factors in cybersecurity, specifically the effectiveness of anti-phishing training. His recent work, a large-scale empirical assessment of phishing training grounded in the NIST Phish Scale, was accepted at ACM TheWebConference (WWW 2026).
Prof. Rozema is Co-PI on a $4M NSF CyberCorps Scholarship for Service grant, led GRCC's NCAE-CD redesignation by the NSA, and holds certifications from (ISC)², EC-Council, Cisco, and SANS. He holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a B.S. in Information Assurance and Security from Capella University.
